In India  where all the political parties make many faithful development promises before elections and after, behave as that it is was a joke but the youngster of india are taking there responsibility as responsible citizen.Now let us know about the first youngest women MBA MAYOR (SARPANCH) of india .

THE story of CHHAVI RAJAWAT is the bigest inspiration for all youngsters and specially for womens that think they can only be a homemakers . In indian villages it is very difficult for a women to get involve in the politics or any development process because in many villages men are considered as superior than womens and men never like that women gets involve into politics
















CHHAVI RAJAWAT  completed her MBA from pune from SRI BALAJI SOCIETY . After completing MBA she worked in different companies for few time and then elected as the sarpanch (mayor) of her home village SODA In RAJASTHAN . 

when she visited the village before elected as the sarpanch she saw the destructive development in the village,
the life of the people there has lost all hopes of living and after observing the conditions more closely she decided for the betterment of the village and started involving in the village politics

AFTER elected as the sarpanch it was not over ,it was just the begining , she was confused from where to start and finally she started with the PORTABLE WATER system because the ground water in the village was highly saline and the VILLAGERS were only dependent on rain water . And collecting funds for the portable water system was great problem .  

The next problem was the agriculture ,as the main source of income in the village was agriculture which was seasonal and dependent on rain water so that's why portable water was main task 
The education system of village was in very bad condition there were only 2 or 3 teacher for the whole village . All  classes upto 5th standard were studying in the same room by the same teacher .The childrens have no hope for a better future there .

NEXT was the sanitation problem , womens in the village requested CHHHAVI (sarpanch) to build toilets for sanitation as due to lack of money they cannot build toilets in there home so for this problem also funding was required however chhavi contacted indian government but  for many problems she has to deal alone with them.



Slowly slowly chhavi understand each problem with solution and give the villagers hope for living happy life and she is the ,"THE FIRST YOUNGEST WOMEN MBA MAYOR OF INDIA "
