KNOW WHICH 7 VIRUSES ARE CAUSING DEATH ALL AROUND THE WORLD

7 DEADLY VIRUSES - MONSTERS INSIDE US THAT ARE HARD TO TREAT.

IN modern world many people travel all around the world and also animals ,fruits seeds etc  are transported in huge amount from one country to another. This increases the risk of  spreading viruses worldwide . Here are some deadliest viruses  that are responsible  for human loses every single day.

1. EBOLA VIRUS

2. NIPAH VIRUS

3. THE INFLUENZA

4. PLAGUE

5. SARS

6. HIV

7.MARBUG VIRUS.

NOW lets get an overview of each virus as follows.

1. EBOLA VIRUS -  In 1976 . EBOLA (named after the ebola river in zaire ) first emerged in sudan and zaire. The first outbreak of ebola ( ebola- sudan ) infected 284 people . With a morality rate of 53%  . A few months later  the second ebola virus emerged in YAMBUKU  , located in ZAIRE . The ebola virus in zaire was having the highest morality rate of  EBOLA viruses around 88%  and infected almost 318 people . Despite the tremendous effort of experienced and dedicated reasearchers  , EBOLA'S  natural reserviour was never identified .

The third  strain of ebola , EBOLA RESTON was first identified in 1989 . When infected monkeys were imported into Reston, Virginia from Mindinao in Philipines . Fortunately the few people who were infected with ebola virus never developed hemorrhagic fever (EHF).
Symptoms start two days to three weeks after contracting the virus , with a fever ,sore throat ,muscle pain, and headaches.Typically nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea follow, along with decreased functioning of  the liver and kidneys . Around this time , some people begin to have bleeding problems . This bleeding occur within the body or externally . The risk of death among those infected is high .
There is currently no treatment for ebola hemorrhagic fever. Infected individuals are treated for the symptoms they have , but the body must fight off the virus on its own . To help patients deal with symptoms better, supportive care is usually given .

2. NIPAH VIRUS - Nipah virus is an infected virus . In medical terms it is also known as NIV . The virus spreads from fruit into animals and than to humans . People suffering from nipah virus can lead to death . The main difficulty is that there is no proper treatment for the virus . we can only protect ourself  from the virus by certain protective methods .

Nipah virus was first emerged in Singapore and malaysia in 1998 and 1999 .In Singapore a death of men infected by the virus was occured in village named JLN.SG.NIPAH ,there after the virus was named as nipah virus.  In 2004, in Bangladesh many cases emerged from this virus. Also in kerela , where 3 people died from the same family infected by the nipah virus . In india this was not the first time the virus cause death , in JAN and FEB  2001 in Siliguidi , West Bengal  the  death from this virus were  resgistered. In  the past years , this virus infected 66 people and caused the death of 35 people. Later in 2007 in Nadiya , West Bengal, the cases of nipah virus were registered and for the following years the increasing rate of nipah virus were registered. Government is also curious for the virus and efforts are made to stop spreading of the virus .
The animals like Bats and Pigs play very big role in spreading the nipah virus . following image shows symptoms of nipah virus.

3. THE INFLUENZA - The influenza epidemic of 1918 killed more people than died in world war . Influenza , commonly known as "the flu" , is an infectious disease of birds and mammals caused by RNA viruses of the family Orthomyxoviridae , the influenza viruses.
With the influenza epidemic that swept the world in 1918 killed an estimated 50 million people.
One fifth of the world's population was attacked by this deadly virus months,it had killed more people than any other illness in recorded history.

4. PLAGUE - Depending on lung infection , or sanitary conditions , plague can be spread in the air ,by direct contact, or by contaminated undercooked food or materials. It is treatable if detected early.

Plague is a deadly infectious disease that is caused by the enterobacteria Yersina pestis, named after the French-Swiss  bacteriologist Alexandre Yersin.....

5.SARS - In the  SARS  outbreak of 2003 , about  9% of pateints with confirmed SARS infection died . The mortality rate was much higher for those over 50 years Old  , with mortality rates approaching 50% for this subset of patients.
It causes an often severe illness marked initially by systemis symptoms of muscle pain , headache ,and fever , followed in 2-10 days by the onset of respiratory symptoms, mainly cough ,dyspnea ,and pneumonia. Another common finding in SARS patients is a decrease in the number of lymphocytes circulating in the blood.
The SARS coronavirus , sometimes shortened to SARS-CoV , is the virus that causes severe acute respiratory syndrome , is the disease caused by SARS coronavirus.

6. HIV -The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a lentivirus (a subgroup of retrovirus) that causes the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) , a condition in humans in which progressive failure of the immune system allows life- threatening opportunistic infections and cancers to thrive .
Without treatment , average survival time after infection with HIV is estimated to be 9 to 11 years, depending on the HIV subtype.
There's no cure for  HIV/AIDS , but there are medications that can dramatically slow disease progression.

7.MARBURG VIRUS - Marburg virus is a hemorrhagic fever virus first noticed and described during small epidemics in the german cities marburg and frankfurt and the yugoslavian capital belgrade in the 1960s . Workers were accidentally exposed to tissues of infected grivets (chlorocebusaethiops) at the city's former main industrial plant , the behringwerke, then part of hoechst , and today of CSL behring . During these outbreaks ,31 people became infected and seven of them died.
Marburg virus (MARV) causes severe disease in humans and nonhuman primates in the form of viral hemorrhagic fever. MARV is a select Agent , WHO risk group 4 pathogen (requiring biosafety level 4- equivalent  containment.
There is currently no  effective marburgvirus - specific therapy for MVD .
People diagnosed with ebola or marburg virus receive supportive care and treatment for complications.
